One Touch Solutions (OTS) was founded in Melbourne in January 2001 and started operations in May 2001. OTS has established itself to have a simple and dynamic business philosophy: build synergistic relationships, which enable growth for our clients and ourselves. It is imperative that our operations team works closely with the client to understand the critical parameters needed to enable quality service and performance. OTS has successfully executed a large number of voice based campaigns in Australia, UK and USA; these campaigns specialize in a range of call-centre services. OTS has successfully executed campaigns across industries such as Telecom and Energy.

With our continued expansion, we have acquired a 220 seat state of the art facility in Collins Street, Melbourne. The facility is currently operating at a capacity of 100 seats. OTS has availability of trained call center agents with professional trainers on site to provide new recruits with the required skills to produce quality service or our clients.

We differentiate ourselves by our approach of involving the client in all stages of the campaign launch and management processs. We ensure that we are second to none when it comes to technology and reporting processes.

Our founders and top management team have all got significant experience and have a strong educational background.
